PAYMENT AND DELIVERY FAQ

Q: What payment methods are available?
A: The shopping cart directs you to a secure website for payment. We use Ezimerchant shopping cart, Australian owned, reliable and secure.We used eway payment gateways so credit card payments are processed in real-time. Payments are accepted by credit card, paypal and direct transfer. We also accept Australian Bank Cheques or money orders but this must be arranged in advance by calling or emailing us. If you prefer to make payment over the phone, call or email us to make arrangements.

Q: What are the delivery charges?
A: We use the Australian Postal Calculator which automatically calculates rates based on your delivery address and weight of the items purchased. This calculation is done during the checkout and payment. We add 20% to the rates for handling and packaging. The calculated rates are quite reasonable most of the time. Occasionally the parcel size too large for the Postage Calculator and the charges may not seem correct. If you have any queries about the delivery charges please call or email us. If you have any problems with the Postage Calculator, please continue with the checkout process. We will gladly review any delivery charges you find unreasonable and will negotiate a partial refund of delivery charges if needed.

Q: Can I order over the phone, or collect goods from the store?
A: Of course. We have two retail outlets in South Australia - Mt Barker and Strathalbyn. If you call, please mention that you wish to discuss something regarding a website purchase and you will be put through to the correct person. You may have to leave a message but we always try to get back as soon as possible. We can take credit card details and confirm purchases over the phone. By prior arrangement you may collect your goods directly from either store.

Q. Why are some website prices different to the store price?
A: Retail stores, especially in shopping malls, work on a fixed profit margin to cover expenses such as rent and wages. Internet shopping can save expenses and these are often passed on to the customer. It is your choice. You may be able to save money by buying the same item on our website. We cannot guarantee the same online price in the store.

Q. Are the online products the same as in the store?
A: Our retail outlets are mainly sports footwear and clothing. We carry all the major brands - Nike, Adidas, asics, New Balance, Mizuno, Reebok, Puma, Everlast, Lonsdale, K-Swiss, K1x, Running Bare, Russell Athletic, Wilson, Converse, Umbro, Speedo, Rival. We also carry a good range of cricket (Gray Nicolls & Kookaburra), tennis (Wilson) and AFL products. Our website has a much larger range of AFL products, DVDs and books. In time, we will be uploading more of our store products to our website.
